  1. I send my heartfelt sympathy to Donnieโ€™s family and friends. I remember him as a kind, thoughtful young man. I saw a lot of Fern, Morris and the boys when I was married to Donald Shaffer. I have only fond memories of that time with them. Donnie was wonderful with my kids. He and I were close in age and he was easy and fun to talk to.
