  2. Maryann and Liam, we are sadden to hear of Tom’s passing. We always enjoyed spending time with both of you, albeit only 1 week a year, but we enjoyed our time together while speaking of delicious foods, places to visit and just any other story he liked sharing..

    May Tom rest is peace.

Todd, Maureen and the Hackett family.

  3. Tom was well loved by my best friend from childhood. Mary Ann would talk to me about Tom while they were dating. So my memories of “Tom and Mary Ann” span 50 plus years. I was the bridesmaid in their wedding.
Tom enjoyed a beautiful life. I would hear so many stories about Liam, Liz and those precious Grandkids. My favorite recollection was how he bought a John Deere tractor for Tim. It came in a zillion pieces… frustrating but he got it together !
My husband bought the same tractor for our Grandson and struggled, too!

I am priviledged to have known a great guy and a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

  4. Min I am so sorry hearing about Tom’s passing. I have said prayers. If you need to talk I’m here for you

  6. I fondly remember my cousin Tom. I remember the Ford Maverick he bought when he was young, I remember the apartment in the Bronx., Pugsley Avenue, where we would visit with my Mom and brothers from Parkchester just a short walk away. He was a great guy and a great family man. May he rest in peace and know he is in Heaven with my brothers , my Mom and Dad and Uncle Tom and Aunt Margaret and Patrick as well as his Mom. He joins a very big crew of MacDonald clan there. I will see you again Tom.

    Love, Cousin Donald.

  7. Mare & Liam, ,

It saddens me to hear of Tom’s passing! He was truly on e of the best husbands and fathers and friend!
Liam I remember when your father called me when you were born . And how you could never say my name and I became MZ.
Mare, we have been BF for decades.,, with our families knowing each other since our Grandfathers.
There are so many memories of you and Tom. I remember him always saying when I came to visit he would have to take
a second mortgage out to pay for our shopping sprees. Also the time you and Tom came over for dinner at my folks to commemorate your getting engaged. And I poured a whole bottle of parsley into the shrimp scampi. Tom was gracious enough to still eat it.
There were so many wonderful memories of you both at Schroon Lake and Glen Rock. With his love of Star Trek..
It’s those memories that are so precious to move forward with.
Love you both and I’m here if you need anything.
