Onkel Walter, my family through friendship with my parents Gordon & Rigmor; my Godfather through my baptism in faith. My life is forever blessed by your love and laughter. My greatest memory is your joy! Ein Prosit at every occasion! Others sing it, you lived it! As you were here on earth, you are in blessed company with your family who went before you and your family of friends who celebrate eternal life with you! You are in my heart! Prost!
To my dear Tante Dorothy and cousin Anita , may the love of our family of friends comfort and strengthen you always. Love, Kirsten
May God grant comfort and encouragement to Walter’s entire family and all those affected by his passing. I have had the privilege of knowing Walter and Dorothea since about 1985, when we became involved in the Liederkranz. He was one of the most positive and cheerful people I have ever met, and he was always willing to let me practice my German with him. Walter’s and Dorothea’s loving devotion to one another has been a shining example to all of us.
Dort, wo wir uns beim nächsten Mal wiedersehen, müssen wir uns nie wieder voneinander verabschieden.
So sorry to hear of his passing . Dotty I am thinking of you. Only heard this from Ingaboard today. Thoughts and prayers
