Born in Bechtelsville, Robert was the son of the late Frank Szilli and Anna (Endy) Szilli.

Robert worked as a master electrician for many years. During his career he worked at Firestone, Smith’s Pie, Anchor Glass, KJE Associates, and finally Deka where he retired.

In addition to his wife of 61 years, Robert is survived by his daughter, Lori (Szilli) Clemmer; daughter in law, Danielle (Decker) Szilli; as well as four grandchildren: Amber (Szilli) Gabel, wife of Jeff; Brandon Clemmer, companion of Ashley; Kyle Clemmer, husband of Shelby; and Kylee Szilli. He is also survived by two brothers, Frank Szilli, III, and David Szilli, husband of Chris; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Robert is predeceased by his two sons, Terry L. Szilli and Robert F. Szilli, Jr.; as well as siblings Walter Oswald, Patricia Szilli, Barbara (Szilli) Smith, and Richard Szilli.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 10AM to 11AM at Morrell Funeral Home 124 W. Philadelphia Ave.Boyertown, PA 19512. A memorial service will follow at 11AM.

Burial will be private at a later date.
