Richard W. Stoudt

Richard W. Stoudt, 86, husband of Mary (Rhoads) Stoudt, of Bally, passed away at home on Thursday, May 16, 2024.

Born in Tylersport, Richard was the son of the late Paul Stoudt and Erma (Wombald) Stoudt.

Richard was employed with Mrs. Smith’s Pie until his retirement.

Richard liked country music and  square dancing. He always looked forward to his frequent trips to Costco. He and his

wife, Mary enjoyed trips to their mountain property in Towanda, but Richard found the most enjoyment when he was

spending time with his family. Over the years, he served as fire police for Sassamansville, and was a handyman to many

people.

In addition to his wife, Richard is also survived by two daughters, Ruth Carnes, wife of Eugene ( Lenny); and Tammy

Zimmerman, wife of Tyrone, as well as two grandchildren, Kyle Stoudt, husband of Jackie; and Kelsey Zimmerman,

fiancee of Kyle Shelly. Richard is also survived by one brother, Raymond Stoudt, husband of Joan.

Richard is predeceased by two sisters, and three brothers.

Services will be private at a later date.
