Patricia N. (Boughter) Haas, 83, widow of Harold J. Haas, of Bechtelsville, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Pottstown Hospital.
Born in Pottstown, Patricia was the daughter of the late Gerald and Naomi (Renninger) Boughter
She was a 1958 graduate of Boyertown Area High School and went on to work at Boyertown Body Works until they closed. Follow that, she worked at Pottstown Hospital as a nurse’s aide in the cancer center until her retirement.
Patricia is survived by her three children: Teri Freeman, wife of Ed, Chris Lutz, husband of Karen, and Melene Lutz; as well as ten grandchildren: Amy O’Connor, Erin Mason, Adrianna Schwab, Molly Schwab, Dalton Freeman, Shanan Weidner, Colt Lutz, Brielle Painter, Chase Lambert, and Jason Bush. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren: Owen, Brileigh, Quinn, Cole, Cash, Brandon, Carter, Paxtyn, Hunter, Mackenzie, Gage, Conner, Cade, and Tucker; as well as a brother, Keith Christy; a sister, Rhonda Hojecki; and several nieces and nephews.
Patricia was predeceased by one son, Scott Haas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an animal rescue of one’s choice.
Services will be private at the request of the family.

Chris, Teri and Mimi, I am so sorry for the lose of your mother. I loved your whole family, especially your mom. I knew her since the mid 1960’s. I would visit with her and Sonny and we would always have a great time. Now i see her mother was a Renninger, so was mine. OMG, wouldn’t that be crazy if we found out we were related ?
