Nancy R. (Maue) Hussar, 86, widow of Joseph J. Hussar, formerly of Gilbertsville, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Shannondell Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Hazelton, Pa, Nancy was the daughter of the late William S. Maue and Caroline S. (Siegel) Maue.

Nancy graduated high school and went on to earn her nursing degree. She worked for over forty years in various aspects of the nursing field.

Nancy loved her family pets. In her spare time she also enjoyed travelling, camping and reading.

Nancy is survived by her four children: Anne. E. (James R. Joos), Carolyn J. Dilworth, Jeffrey S. Hussar, (Sharon), and Kenneth S. Hussar. Nancy was also a proud grandmother to Carissa, Adam, Alexandra, Emily, Aidan, and step grandchildren; Jake and Jenna. She is also survived by a brother, Richard Maue, of Gettysburg.

Nancy is predeceased by one granddaughter, Kaiden Olivia.

Services will be private at the request of the family.
