Roy is survived by his wife of 71 years, Marie (Sweinhart), and their three children, Roy Jr and Anne (Davenport) of Virginia, Kathy and Larry Billger of Boyertown, and Ross and Carol (Foor) of Trooper.  He is also survived by three grandchildren, David Geiger, , Susan Geiger (Matt Lockard), Emily Geiger, and great granddaughter Avery Geiger.
