Arline (Hoff) Friz, 96, widow of Raymond C. Friz, of Boyertown, passed away at Manatawny Manor on Saturday, November 20, 2021.
Born in Limerick, Arline was the daughter of the late Aaron S. and Eva M. (Houck) Hoff.
Arline was a 1943 graduate of Pottstown High School. She worked for twenty-five years at American Olean Tile as a tile setter. Arline also worked for sixteen years at Weis Market as a cashier where she retired in 2006.
Arline was a member of Good Shepherd UCC. She was a member of AARP of New Hanover as well as The Red Delicious Hatters of Fruitville and The Senior Shepherds of Boyertown.
Surviving are four daughters: Carol A. (Renninger) Gunzelmann, wife of Donald, and Sandra (Renninger) Werstler, wife of Alan Sr., Anita C. (Friz) Stauffer, wife of Elmer, and Natalie (Friz) Eshbach, wife of Elmo and widow of Craig Haring, as well as one son; Raymond Friz, husband of Judy. Arline is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at Morrell Funeral Home 124 W. Philadelphia Ave. Boyertown, PA 19512. A funeral service will take place immediately following at 10:30AM. Burial will be private at a later date.
