Helen M. (Schwenk) Clouser, 94, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Reading Hospital-Tower Health.
She is survived by two daughters, one son, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
