Sharon L. Schmitz

Sharon L. (Mutter) Schmitz, 74, of Boyertown, passed away on Sunday,
April 21, 2019 at Pottstown Hospital.
Born in Gilbertsville, she was the daughter of the late Grace E. (Martin) Mutter and Roy S. Mutter.
Sharon was a 1962 graduate of Boyertown Area High School. She worked as a lab technician for Aerospace for 20 plus years. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mandy E. Schmitz and Genevieve S. Schmitz and her fiancé Paul; one son, Steven P. Schmitz; four sisters, Madolyn, Marcia, Maxine and Kathy and three brothers, Martin, Glenn and Gene; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by one brother, Randall.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her celebration of life on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 11:00AM at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1749 South Main Street, Bechtelsville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Safe Berks, formerly Berks Women in Crisis (www.safeberks.org) or Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Memorial Fund, 1749 South Main Street, Bechtelsville, PA 19505.

  7. Although I will be unable to attend Sherri’s service, please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I feel blessed to have been able to know Sherri as a member of Trinity. She was a special person and always made me smile when I spoke with her about anything! She will always be part of the wonderful Mutter family!
