Richard R. Moser, 78, husband to the late Dolores A. (Sands) Moser of Barto, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Frederick Living.

Born in Niantic, PA, he was the son of the late Howard Moser and Sallie (Renninger) Moser.

Richard worked at Bally Case and Cooler as an inspector and also at The Hill School in the maintenance department.

He was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church- Niantic.  Richard enjoyed traveling and watching Phillies games and NASCAR.  He also enjoyed attending car shows.

Surviving are two sons, Brian R. Moser, husband of Linda of Bechtelsville, Kevin S. Moser, husband of Stephanie of Exeter; three granddaughters, Megan, Ashley, and Ariel; one great-granddaughter, Makenzie; three brothers, Clarence Moser, husband of Doris, Russell Moser, husband of Grace, and Howard Moser, husband of Barbara and two sisters, Arlene Delp and Dorothy Willing.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Leroy and Harold.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 11AM at Christ Lutheran Church- Niantic, 222 Niantic Road, Barto. PA.  A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 11:00AM at the Church.  Burial will be in Christ Union Cemetery-Niantic.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Christ Lutheran Church- Niantic Memorial Fund or Parkinson’s Disease at apdaparkinson.org.
