Marie E. (Weller) Seyler, 89, of Bechtelsville, died on Thursday, January 25, 2018 in her home. She was the widow of Clarence Seyler who died in 1998. She was the daughter of the late Charles Weller and the late Ida (Eshbach) Weller.

Mrs. Seyler was employed for 40 years at Great American Knitting Mill in Bally as a knitter and with quality control.

She was a member of St. Joseph’s (Hill) Lutheran Church in Boyertown where she was involved with the “A” team for the Echo newsletter as well as volunteering for many other events.

Marie is survived by a son, Arnold C., husband of Nancy, Bechtelsville, two daughters, Judy A. companion of Cris Deverouex, Boyertown; Marcy A. wife of Jeffrey Meitzler, Boyertown; a daughter-in-law Deborah L. widow of Ronald Seyler, Bechtelsville. 6 grandchildren, 8 grand-children and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son Ronald L Seyler and a son-in-law Ronald Zimmerman; four sisters Edith Weller, Viola Brensinger, Oleda Nester, Meda Renninger and a brother Curtis Weller.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 10:30am at Morrell Funeral Home, Inc., 124 West Philadelphia Ave., Boyertown, PA. 19512. A viewing will be held on Monday evening from 7:00-8:30pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hill Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the church’s Memorial Fund in Marie’s memory to St. Joseph’s (Hill) Lutheran Church, 244 Koch Road, Boyertown, PA. 19512.
