Edna W. Fritz, 102, of Pottstown, formerly of Boyertown, widow of Norman E. Fritz, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Manatawny Manor.
Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Annie (Wisser) and Fred Smith.
Edna was a life member of Liberty Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary in New Berlinville and a member of Friendship Hook and Ladder Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling and gardening.
Surviving are one daughter, Mae E. Moyer of Boyertown; one son Norman G. Fritz, husband of Diane of Tamaqua; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by one daughter Eleanor A. Mutter; one sister Florence Roth and two brothers Paul and George Smith.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 10:30AM at Fairview Cemetery, 317 West Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown, PA.
