Joseph R. Heacock

Joseph R. Heacock, 82, husband of Frances, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Frederick Living.

Born in Bedford, PA, Joseph was the son of the late Floyd and Elizabeth (Arnold) Heacock.

Joseph earned his doctorate degree from Villanova University. He was employed in Boyertown School District as a counselor, and was a member of St. Columbkill’s Roman Catholic Church in Boyertown.

Joseph is survived by three children, Brian Heacock, husband of Gretchen; Mary Jo Heacock; and Kevin Heacock, husband of Alison; as well as five grandchildren, Ethan, Aubrey, Eddie, Amelia, and Evelyn. Joseph is also survived by four siblings, Mary Liz, Gene, Cathy, and Jim.

In addition to parents, Joe is predeceased by three siblings, John, Peg, and Ruthann.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 10AM to 11AM at St. Columbkill Roman Catholic Church 200 Indian Spring Rd Boyertown, PA 19512. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM.

Inurnment will be private at the convivence of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph’s memory to Knights of Columbus
