Charles J. Fulmer

Charles J. Fulmer

Charles J. Fulmer, 66, husband of Joan L. (Holzwarth) Fulmer, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Charles was the son of Martha G. (Sichelstiel) Fulmer and the late Robert C. Fulmer Sr.
Charles was a 1974 graduate of John Bartram High School in Philadelphia. He worked for the past twenty-six years as a Dispatch Manager for Blue Streak Courier Service in Phoenixville.
Charles and Joan were married on May 20, 1978 and he moved his family to Bechtelsville in 1990.
Charles loved playing cards, especially poker. In recent years he and Joan enjoyed taking casino trips. Charles had a tough exterior but was such a loving and caring man. He was a great provider and genuinely loved to spend quality time with his family. He never missed an opportunity to say “I love you” or give a hug or kiss. Charles enjoyed being at home but once he was out, he was the life of the party. He was always known for his firm handshake and his perfectly styled hair.
