Harvey Leroy Roshong, 94, husband of Jean (Richard) Roshong, passed away at Pottstown Hospital on Thursday, January 27, 2022.

Born in Frederick, Harvey was the son of the late Harvey H. Roshong and Mabel S. (Stauffer) Roshong.

Harvey worked at Pottstown Plating Works for a number of years as a plater. He was an active lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sassamansville.

Harvey was a very family-oriented man who loved domino’s games with his family. He also loved word finds, music, and singing. He enjoyed yard work, swimming, and bicycling.

In addition to his wife of sixty eight years, Harvey is survived by two daughters: Susan Prutzman, and Ruth Miller, wife of Brian, as well as three grandchildren: William Prutzman, Robyn Miller, and Alyssa Dienner, wife of Adam. Harvey is also survived by one great grandchild: Kaine Prutzman, son of William and Robin Prutzman, as well as a niece, Barbara Littlefield.

He was predeceased by one sister, Helen Johnson.
