LaRue T. (Rosenberry) Erb, 96, widow of Forrest C. Erb, of Fleetwood, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021, at Reading Hospital.
Born in New Hanover Township, she was the daughter of the late Eva A. (Weller) and Robert T. Rosenberry.
LaRue worked as a waitress at the Grill Shoppe.
She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and a former member of the Boyertown Senior Center. LaRue was also a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW.
Surviving are one son, Barry W. Erb, husband of Rebecca D. (Moyer); one daughter, Connie L. (Erb), wife of Glenn A. Haas; one grandson, Commander Jason R. Bernhard, husband of Alexis; four granddaughters, Mollie E. (Erb), wife of Jed Johnston, Carly L. Haas and fiancée Christopher Hallman, Katarina M. (Haas), wife of Troy Allgood and Megan E. (Haas), wife of Fabio Campos and five great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by infant son, Randy, one brother, Paul Rosenberry, three sisters, her twin, Loraine Hasselhan, Marie Stengel, Marian Wren and one niece, Donna Stengel.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at 11:00AM at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 45 North Reading Avenue, Boyertown, PA. Family and friends will be received from 10:00 – 11:00AM prior to the service. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
