Joanne M. (Kuretz) Wolff, 70, wife of Daniel Wolff, of Troy, NC, passed away at home on Monday, December 18, 2023.
Formerly of Long Island, Joanne was born in Manhattan to the late Joseph Kuretz and Margaret (Crowe) Kuretz.
Joanne graduated from John Adams High School in the 10th grade, two years before her senior year. She worked as a typist and was very proud to be able to type 75 words per minute.
Joanne loved music, especially The Rolling Stones, she loved reading Stephen King novels, doing puzzles and floating in the pool. Her greatest joy was being a mother of five and grandmother of seven.
Surviving in addition to her husband, are five children: Cory Lopiccolo, John Dobbs, husband of Dayna, Joseph Dobbs, Dani Wolff, and Dana Wolff. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Daniel, Dylan, Madison, Hannah, Connor, Annabelle, and Damian, as well as one sister, Sue Devivo.
Joanne is predeceased by one brother, Jackie Kuretz.
A viewing will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 10AM to 11AM at Morrell Funeral Home 124 W. Philadelphia Ave Boyertown, PA 19512. A funeral service will follow at 11AM. Burial will be in Shepherd of the Hills Cemetery.
