Barbara Mae (Moyer) Groff, 80, widow of Leon S. Groff, of Gilbertsville, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 1, 2022.

Born in Woodchoppertown, Barbara was the daughter of the late Elwood and Ellen (Weller) Moyer.

Barbara was a 1960 graduate of Boyertown High School and worked as a laborer for Osan’s Manufacturing in Boyertown for forty-five years.

Barbara is survived by three daughters: Maryannette Gallagher, wife of Harry, Melody Recke, and Jodi James, wife of Jonathan; as well as one son, Scott Groff, husband of Joanne. Barbara is also survived by thirteen grandchildren: Crystal Rose, companion of Jon McLean, Joshua Gallagher, husband of Rachel, Colleen Weisser, wife of Mark Weisser, Nicole Morales, Michelle Schultheis, wife of Steve, Kori Recke, companion of Shane, Erik Recke, Lexi Recke, Abigail James, companion of Adam, Anna Tijerina, wife of Israel, Asher James, Kendal Lyn Groff, and Lucas Scott Groff, companion of Michele Schaeffer. Also surviving are eleven great grandchildren: Cambria Rose, Zaden Rose, William McLean, Jace Gallagher, Hudson Gallagher, Cadence Morales, Kaija Turner, Gio Morales, Moiria Rohrbach, Everly Schultheis, and Archer Schultheis.
