Elsie C. Krall, 94, widow of Franklin Krall, passed away surrounded by family on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Pennsburg Manor.

Born in Sassamansville, Elsie was the daughter of the late Harry E.S. Kulp and Ella F. (Renninger) Kulp.

Elsie retired from Boyertown Packaging. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Church in Bechtelsville.

Elsie loved doing jigsaw puzzles, playing dominos, and Parcheesi, but her favorite way to spend time was being with her family.

Elsie is survived by two sons, Robert Bender, and Scott Bender, husband of Barbara; one daughter, Lisa Heydt, wife of Robert; and seven grandchildren: Jennifer, Jason, Josh, Shelby, Kalin, Brandon, and Dylan. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; one sister, Eleanor, and a sister-in-law, Leah.

Elsie was predeceased by one son, Keith Bender, one granddaughter, Heather Shanley, two brothers, Earl, and Harry, and four sisters, Geneva, Ann, Ella, and Florence.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 10AM to 11AM at Morrell Funeral Home 124 W. Philadelphia Ave., Boyertown, PA 19512. A funeral service will follow at 11AM.

Burial will be at St. Paul’s Church Cemetery in Sassamansville.
